Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM PST are usually processed the same business day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next working day.

Marked Delivered But Not Received?
Please check around your property, with neighbors, or household members first. Carriers may sometimes mark packages as delivered before final drop-off. If your order still hasn’t arrived after 3 business days, contact our support team for assistance.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What Is Your Return Policy?
We accept returns on unworn items in original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges may be accepted up to 45 days depending on product availability.
