Where is my order?
Every piece is made to order, so allow 2–4 business days production plus 5–10 business days delivery (2–3 with express). Tracking is emailed the moment it ships — check your account or that email for the latest status.
How do I start a return?
Email support@tovegolf.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send return instructions. Items need to be unworn with tags attached.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for a full refund, unworn with tags — no restocking fees. Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days, subject to availability. Refunds land within 10 business days of inspection.
How long does shipping take?
2–4 business days to make your piece, then 5–10 business days standard delivery or 2–3 days express. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and South Korea.
How do I find my size?
Polos run slim and true to size; size up if you’re between sizes or prefer room through the chest. Full measurements for every style are on the size guide.
