BULK ORDER BASICS

What qualifies as a bulk order?

Bulk orders include purchases of 11 or more items of the same style and color. Team apparel orders, tournament uniforms, staff outfitting, and event merchandise orders for groups of 11 or more also qualify as bulk purchases.


How do I request a quote?

To receive pricing information or a custom quote, please contact the Tove Golf support team with the following details:

  • Product name or product URL
  • Desired colors and quantities
  • Size breakdown (if available)
  • Shipping destination
  • Required delivery date
  • Details about your event, team, or business
  • Any future reorder plans

Once we receive your request, our team will review inventory availability and provide a custom quote based on your order requirements.


How do I place a bulk order?

After approving your quote, we will send you an invoice along with payment instructions. You will have the opportunity to review your order details before payment is finalized.

Once payment has been received, your order will be processed and tracking information will be shared once the shipment is dispatched.


Do you offer international bulk orders?

At this time, Tove Golf only supports domestic bulk orders within the United States and selected regions. Please contact us directly for any special international inquiries.


Do you offer samples?

We currently do not provide free samples. If you would like to test a product before committing to a larger order, we recommend placing a regular order through our website.


Do you offer embroidery or custom branding?

Yes. We offer embroidery and customization services for qualifying bulk orders.

Customization options may include:

Yes. Qualified bulk orders may receive volume-based pricing discounts. Discount amounts vary depending on:

Can I bulk order out-of-stock items?

Can bulk orders be returned?

At this time, bulk orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


BULK ORDER SHIPPING

What shipping methods are available?

Bulk orders are typically shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines will be included in your quote.

Orders without customization typically ship within 1โ€“3 business days after payment confirmation.

Customized orders may require additional processing time.


Can I use my own shipping account?

Yes. If you prefer to use your own FedEx or UPS account, please mention this during the quoting process so shipping charges can be excluded from your invoice.


Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup may be available for select orders depending on location and inventory availability. Contact our team to discuss pickup arrangements.


BULK ORDER PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

Orders will only begin processing once payment has been received and confirmed.


Are there credit card processing fees?

No. Tove Golf does not charge additional processing fees for credit card payments on bulk orders.


Is sales tax applied to bulk orders?

Sales tax may apply depending on your shipping destination and local tax regulations. Any applicable taxes will be clearly outlined within your quote or invoice.
